The 10th document is a Conveyance dated the 21st July 1915 from Thomas Wright of Henham to Josiah Henry Matthews, insurance agent, and also of Henham, concerning a freehold cottage and an adjoining piece of land in Church Street, Henham. The agreed sale price is £ 20. The plot is bounded on the north side by Church Street, on or towards the east by other property of the vendor, and on the west by property of the purchaser. The purchaser can take water from the well, situated on an adjoining property of the vendor, by means of a pump to be erected and maintained by the purchaser without the vendor having any responsibility for the volume or quality of the water. Wright also agreed to give Matthews copies of an Indenture of Conveyance dated the 17th January 1881 made between Arthur Heard and the same Thomas Wright.
